DOLMEN

This house in Lomas de Chapultepec was conceived as a home built to last, a space meant to grow old alongside the family that inhabits it.

Its exterior is defined by a palette of concrete, volcanic stone, and landscaped elements, materials that acquire a patina over time, becoming more beautiful as they respond to their environment. Inside, the spaces were designed to be flexible and adaptable, capable of transforming with the family’s changing needs across different stages of life. The result is a home that is both enduring and evolving, rooted in place, yet open to transformation.
