HF 445
HF445 is a six-story residential building located in Narvarte, Mexico City. Its structural system is based on functional concrete, featuring two main load-bearing walls on the property boundaries and steel braces (cartelas) that act as internal walls within the apartments, optimizing material use.

The design also aims to integrate the urban environment with natural elements by incorporating structural planters seamlessly connected to the interiors of the apartments. Inside, warm, natural materials such as wood are used to create inviting and comfortable living spaces.
